Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Masai Mara.
You will be picked up from your hotel/residential or airport and transferred to our office for formalities before meeting the guide and other group members. Depart for Maasai Mara at 0830am, stopping first at the viewpoint for a view of the escarpment wall. Later, descend the mountain and continue on to Narok town for an early lunch. You will arrive at the lodge about 1500hrs and check in, followed by an evening game drive till sunset.

Day 2: Masai Mara Game Viewing
After breakfast at the camp, depart with a packed lunch by 8:00 am for a full nine hours of game viewing. You will be fortunate to view hundreds of species in the Masai Mara, which is home to the greatest number of species. A game drive to the Mara River is required; if it is migration season, you will see the same; if not, you will see hippos and crocodiles there. After a picnic lunch in the park, continue the game drive until 1700 hours. Leave the park for an optional activity that lasts at least two hours. You can tour the Masai community, go on a nature walk with Masai warriors, or just unwind at the cam.

Day 3: Masaai Mara – Transfer to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, depart Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru, where you may enjoy a lunch buffet, a view of Mount Longonot, and, if you’d like, an extra excursion at Lake Naivasha. It will be evening when you get to Nakuru Town. For dinner and the night, check in at the lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Naivasha.
Drive to Lake Nakuru, which is well-known for its endangered rhinos and flamingos, after breakfast at the hotel. There are times when there aren’t many flamingos, but you can always count on seeing rhinos among the other Big Five. You will see enough of Lake Nakuru in four hours because it is not a large park. After lunch, depart from the park and return by car to Lake Naivasha. Spend the evening relaxing or visiting the flower farms in Naivasha.

Day 5: Return to Nairobi – Departure.
Drive to Hell’s Gate for a game drive after breakfast at the hotel. Since there are no predators in the park, this is the only area where people can walk. You will choose whether to rent a bicycle to ride the 11 kilometres down to the gorge or take the safari vehicle for the game drive. You will be accompanied by a guide to the gorge who will explain the various rock layers to you. After lunch, depart Naivasha and head back to Nairobi by late drive or bicycle to the gate. Dropped off at a hotel in Nairobi or taken to the airport to catch a trip home or to another location.
