Detailed Itinerary.
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park.
Today, drive northwest via the well-known Luwero Triangle before continuing to Masindi via the Ziwa Rhino Project. A rhino trekking excursion that includes a stop at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. Drive to Murchison Falls after lunch.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise.
Start your day with a cup of African coffee. After finishing your coffee, cross the Nile to the park’s northern bank. Your guide will help you spot elephants, lions, Cape buffalo, Rothschild’s giraffes, hartebeest, waterbuck, oribi, bushbuck, Bohor reedbuck, hyena, and, perhaps, leopards. Return to the hotel for lunch and breakfast. After lunch, take a boat safari upstream on the tranquil Victoria Nile, stopping just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron” and reaching at the base of the falls. Admire the crocodiles and toothy hippos along the route. Elephants, waterbucks, Uganda Kobs, and crocodiles are all possible sightings along this 17-kilometer stretch.
This area is home to a diverse range of bird species, including the uncommon shoebill stork, hornbill, cormorant, kingfisher, Egyptian geese, Goliath heron, and pelican bee eater. You get off the boat and begin the difficult one-hour climb to the top of the falls. Discover the site of the world’s longest river’s unexpected eruption, which occurs through a tiny fracture in the Rift Valley escarpment and plunges into a frothy pool 43 meters below. Your driver or guide will be waiting for you when you return to the resort.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park.
Drive all day south from Hoima to Fort Portal through lush terrain, passing traditional homesteads and farms along the Albertine Rift escarpments. The mythical Mountains of the Moon cast a shadow above Fort Portal.
Accommodation: Kyaninga Lodge, Ndali Lodge, Primate Lodge Kibale, Mountains of the Moon.

Day 4: Kibale Chimpanzee Trekking – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Early morning chimpanzee trek. Kibale is Africa’s premier reserve for chimp viewing, with a dense jungle and towering canopy. In the afternoon, drive south into Queen Elizabeth National Park, stopping to witness wildlife along the way.

Day 5: Morning Game Drive – Afternoon Boat Cruise.
Start your day with a cup of coffee. An early morning wildlife drive along Kasenyi and Queens Mile will let you to witness elephants, buffalo, water bucks, warthogs, lions, Uganda Kobs lakes, and a variety of birds. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. After lunch, take a two-hour boat excursion down the well-known Kazinga Channel to observe wildlife such as warthogs, buffalo, kobs, elephants, and hippopotamuses. Furthermore, this journey allows people to witness magnificent birds.

Day 6: Return to Kampala – Departure.
Prepare for a guided chimpanzee/primate hike around Kyambura Gorge to look for habituated chimps after enjoying your breakfast. Visit Igongo Cultural Village after the primate walk; it’s even more rewarding and stunning than the Ankole Museum. The lunch break is hosted at the Agip Motel Mbarara. Proceed to Masaka after that, stopping for a picture near the Equator, and then head back to Kampala or Entebbe to catch your flight home.
